There is nothing wrong with being the so called bad guy, I've been the bad guy myself many times, but I took my time and analyzed the photo I was about to comment on both professionally and emotionally.

I think you neither looked at this image professionally, nor did you take time to see the group of the photos taken at the same time, and acted emotionally.

First of all, I had no intention of using this image as a piece of Art, it was simply a shot taken while I was walking the Santa Monica Pier.  

I myself was surprized of the emotional response this image received, and am glad it touched so many people the way it did. 

I've explained this in the past as well, if you look at the image closely, you'll see the use of flash by the shadow it created under the bird's tail.  The fact that the bird is in focus and the background is Not, is proof that this image is not photoshoped.  Even though I used a very small aperture to give it as much depth of field, the background is still out of focus, and more proof the image is untouched. 

David, I like the fact that you can see her eyes, otherwise it wouldn't look as interesting.

Nice shot Mahdi, I like the fact you used black and white for this shot. The reflection is very nice, just wished you'd darken the bridge a bit to see the details of this magnificent architecture. You guys in Iran are lucky to have all of these beautiful architectures to photograph.

I really like the simplicity of this picture. The beautiful girl stands out against the foreground and background. The dark cover makes it even more dramatic.

If this image was in color I wouldn't like it as much. Great positioning and she almost blends in with her surrounding. Excellent picture.

Thank you Umair and Dan for your professional observation. I agree withe both of you. This shot was taken at Hearst castel and I was on a short tour, I only had one minute to shoot around the room, and this is one out of two shots I was able to take from this angle, next trip I'll take the afternoon tour for better lighting.

Both of your porfolios are imprssive, I hope one day I'll be as good as you.
