Nikon TC-20E II (2x) AF-S, AF-I Teleconverter in Nikon Posted April 14, 2007 I would appreciate any thoughts or comments from someone that has experience with a Nikon TC-20E II (2x) AF-S, AF-I Teleconverter Being an amateur who loves shooting sporting events, I ogle at those expensive fast action f/2.8, large 400-500mm lenses that the pros use. I was wondering how effective a quality 2X converter might be mounted on a Nikon 70-200mm f/2.8G ED-IF AF-S VR Zoom- Nikkor or Sigma APO 70-200mm F2.8 EX DG MACRO HSM? What how much does one lose in digital photos attempting to union the two for someone that photography is only a hobby? Thanks for your input.
