Hi,
Recently got a 6x6 back for my RZ Pro II and putting the first roll through it. I'm using RZ metered prizm most of the time and so far with all 6x7 backs it has worked just great. Now I noticed it offers strange shutter speeds in AEF mode, I put an ISO 400 film in it and it offers about 1/60 at the time my 5D and Mamiya 645 AF shows 1/10. At ISO 100 it mostly offers the same walues but @ 3200 RZ shows UNDEREXPOSURE when the rest offers 1/50 to 1/60 AND 1/125 when the 5D shows 1/2000. How can it give much higher speeds at ISO 400 and much lower at ISO 3200? This is really strange and looks like a problem with film back to me but what could go wrong there? El contacts? Any better idea?
Thanks!

Chris, my suggestion is - take some of your best wet prints, find their negatives, get them professionally scanned and ask a well skilled person to help with the digital printing. Then hang all the photos on a wall for a month or so and look at them every day for a while. Then you should be able to realize which way to go. For objectivity show them to all the people you know whos opinion could matter to you.

"Pick any six of the "L" series primes, especially the ones over 50mm in focal length."
I vote for that:}

If the MkII is too pricey, get the "original" 5D instead of cropped 50D, you'll be happy, and buy your dream lens for the saved cash! Have fun!

FF - no doubt! You will never regret it! I'm 100% sure your old 30D will be kept deep in the box after you try a 5D. Especially if you do fashion and some weddings.

Have you been watching a movie and finding almost every other frame so well composed and built as if they were separate photos that could live on their own? If yes, would love to hear from you what movies do you find the most photographic (photogenic?), and why, if possible. Thanks!
