Simply Stunning.

Clarity, almost a 3 dimensional picture.

What grabbed me about this picture is that I could feel the cold as soon as I looked at it - that damp cold that seems to get right through your clothes and chill you to the bone.

Well composed. Good colour. The white stuff that is missing from my part of Ontario this year too.

The contrasts in the picture, the reflection in the river are nice and capture the eye really well. I am particularly prone to B&W, and this pic to me shows me why.

I like the aesthetics of the old imposed over the new, and the colour-contrast of the 2 buildings. My only thought to improve the picture is to somehow get more contrast in the sky, but then you might lose some of the visual impact of the 2 buildings.
