    Yes it was studio lighting. I put my light into a Lastolite Hi-Lite 7x6 background and used it as the main light. I didn't have my background set to slave (rookie mistake) so this was this was the only light I used. FYI, I love the Lastolite Highlight Background as a main light source. I just got it for XMas and haven't had much time to play with it yet.

    I really like this shot. The only thing I might change would be to put the baby in an all white shirt or remove the shirt altogether. I think the red stripe is distracting.

    I love the shot and the composition. Have you played with the white balance? It looks a little to warm. I think it might look better a little cooler.

    I really like this shot. It may also look good if you cropped from the left side to remove the woman in the background.

    I also love the color and overall the image. Have you tried cropping out the right side of the image just beyond where her arm disappears? I think it would make it much more interesting.

    I really like the eyes and overall really like the image. It does look like too much smoothing on the skin. I think it would look better with just a little more detail in the skin.

    The background, while blurred out is still distracting. Light is hard from camera left. Shooting on a cloudy day will soften the shadows. You can also use a reflector. I would crop more to isolate the subject. Looks like camera focused on the juice box and not the face. Try to get the focus point on the eyes. Kid is cute.
