did you try selecting by "color range", clicking on the clouds and then working only on that selection? (with PS of course)

I would really appreciate if someone could give me his/her opinion

about this photo. I've cropped the central part of the picture.

There is more asphalt on the left/right/bottom of the pic, and more

grass above. I wanted to catch the attention only on the bike, the

reflex and the trace on the water. Did I make a good job?

Any other comments are also welcomed.

I used a 24mm, but hopefully the next time I'll have the Tokina 12-24.

I'll go there in the morning but not too early, so the light on the top won't be too hard; I'd like to follow both the indications : )
