Excellent photo. Very well composed and technically perfect.
I do not know how hawks behave in Norway but they are very shy in Germany, where I live. Assuming the photo was taken in the wild, I think I can asses how much skill, effort, and luck is required to come to such a picture. Interesting, too, how dark the "Norwegians" look, in compasison to the German goose hawks.
