This looks like a hard scene to expose well, and you did a good job.

A couple things:

Without your blurb, I wouldn't know the buiding in the painting and the photo were the same one.

I don't see any expression on the painter.

Looks like it was shot from eye level and has a snap-shot quality.

The 'all rights reserved' in the middle is distracting and not needed (who's going steal it, really).

This is my opinion, and I'm no authority. Keep taking pictures.

I found these ruins in a field in southern Alberta. I used the vivid setting, too much

saturation?

This Ukrainian Orthodox church was built in 1950 to replace the one

that had burnt down. I'm trying to document all 48 of rural churches

in Lamont county before they disappear.
