Thanks for your input.. I didn't know what I could do about the shadows.. I will try the fill flash (don't have a reflector board).. You made me look at the photo a whole different way and that's what I'm looking for!! Thanks for the suggestion!!

This picture is really among my favorites. It has a reakky good "feel" to it. Beautiful work. Is this the pecan tree?

This is my 2nd try at star swirls..At least, with the help of my

brother (by phone), I was able to somewhat locate the northern star

so the stars would swirl in a circle pattern.. If you look closely,

I caught 2 planes crossing paths (one has bigger wing span at higher

altitude so the wing stream isn't so dominant but you CAN see the

light).. thought it was pretty neat. I'm just learning, so please,

any suggestions to help would be GREAT!! I'm lucky to at least have

a brother who is smart and very helpful w/techniques!! He should

work for NASA, he can name all the stars and nebulas and such..
