Its a nice shot, but to turn it into a great shot I would also frame it with the tree more on the left 1/3rd. The general rule is animals should always have extra room in the direction they are looking to give emotion and direction. About a 2/3 step or so more light, or a fill flash would also help with the details of the wing span.
