  1. How many photos did you review today? If you want, say, 5 reviews, then you need to post 5 reviews, maybe more. Obviously, a lot more people are requesting reviews than giving reviews. Maybe there should be a quota system based on how many reviews you give (not saying it's you, but there's a problem somewhere)
  2. In my short time here I've noticed that average to poor photos hardly ever

(never) get any feedback, while the great photos get a lot of "really great

picture, love it, keep it up, wow" type comments.

Obviously, the average photographers are the ones who need the comments, and

they need specific, critical suggestions. Not generic "good photos" type comments.

Not sure exactly how to achieve this, but some type of a rating system for

reviewers, done automatically in software, could help. Post a critique of an

average rated (or unrated) picture (your charity work), get a gold star. Post a

critique of a highly rated picture, get a silver star.

Get enough points and you get recognition (senior reviewer), maybe extra peaks

like being able to post more pictures or something.

At any rate, I don't see the many obviously great and talented photographers

here helping out the merely good or average photographers that often. I think

you should give if you expect to receive . . .
