I have used iMatch and Photoshop Album. They both let you index the RAW files and store thumbnails in their databases. iMatch requires you to use an external program for conversion, and Album will convert them, but gives little control over the process. Album supports a nice workflow with edit tracking and Photoshop integration, but it doesn't work for RAW files even though Photoshop can open them! I find the PS RAW plugin the fastest and easiest way to work with RAW, but I am still looking for a good catalog solution that fully integrates with RAW.
