As a Nikon D2H owner..you will still be able to shoot at 8fps..but I'm curious, what on earth will you be shooting on a wide angle at 8fps!?

If you are using P switch to P* and you can over ride the aperture.

If you have a 2.8 lens and shooting on Aperture Priority you should be able to set it to 2.8 with the dial at the front of the camera just below the on/off dial, making sure on the lens itself is set at F22 and locked.

I used a Nikon F90X for press work which I found to be an excellent camera (now using Nikon D2H) You could get a second hand mint one for less than 400.

First can I thank you all for your replies and time, and thanks Shun for the welcome!

On my SB800 if offers: OFF,MASTER,MASTER(RPT),REMOTE,SU-4. I had it set to REMOTE. On the SU800 set on TTL. Now I have paired them up together on a different channel and will test it out with a fellow press photographer using Canon, in the next day or two.
