Excuse me. As much as I like the shot, (hand is also very lovely)I find the correlation with the Psycho movie rather silly.

One can see, that the surrounding of the hand is cleared of dew. Palm is very lightly pressed against the shower plastic. Nothing suggests a creepy atmosphere. The position of her shoulder suggests that she is standing normally and (judging by the position of the forearm) just pressing her palm willingly for fun.

However, there are posiible quite few continuations or endings if you will. Use your imagination. Using the picture as a hint none of them end with stabbing.
