I just bought the Hassy 503 CW from B&H. During the trial, somehow the cocking shutter doesn't cock anymore when I have my A12 back attach to the body. The film cover (the aluminum plate) from the back was removed to cocking the shutter. Still nothing happen.
If I remove the back, then I be able to do it. Can someone help me out here, since I am new to Hassy system. Thank you much. JT

Good morning all,
Hope you all have a good morning, especially with stock market is on the up side..... :)
Well, I am confused and need your all help. I am going to buy a Hassy 503CW pretty soon 'cause Hassy had a promotion sale at this moment, but not sure which lens to buy for wedding photography business. Since this is the first lens, is the wide angle 50mm is more suiteable (in church, group of people) then rent the standard 80mm lens or the other way around. Can someone give me some advices, especially with whom are in the wedding photography business. I thank you very much and have a very good day. JT

Maybe it just your unlucky day!!! I hear that quite a few people are using this 503CW for wedding photography business.

Mike, is it mean the alignment will OK if I buy the enlarger brand new.
BTW, what type of lens should I use for MF. Is 50/2.8 is good enough?

I plan to buy a Hasselblad 203 or 503 CW but would like to know some feedback about it. I got some emails from people state that the used Hassy is not reliable once it's been repair. Is it true. I would appreciate your comment on this.

Hello everyone:
I have the Hassy 503CW system with a wide angle lens and I love it. My question is "could someone give me advice what lens to purchase next for wedding photography." Should I buy the 150 lens or the 100 lens or the 180 lens. Thank you very much. JT
