The buttercup is a little distracting, but otherwise this is a nice shot with great detail and good composition.

Great shot, would like to see it bigger.

The fact that the swan commands a central position is a minor point here. The control of lighting and colour more than make up for any composition errors. The bird is perfectly exposed and the feather detail is excellent, which is for me more important. The background is blurred enough to keep the viewers attention on the main subject and yet not so blurred that detail in the water is lost, which shows good depth of field control. The only change I would make, is to clone out the white spot at the base of the picture on the bird. Otherwise its a great shot well done.

Tri-tone image thanks for taking the time to look.

Now normally, when I see this image I would think about "Lunch", but on this occasion I would think about "Lunch and possibly Dinner" with just a squeeze of lemon. Very tastey.

Great capture, I think this is an excellent shot, superb quality in the reflection, composition is spot on and the exposure is is great. well done.

Thanks Jeremy, I actualy cropped out part of the building as it had satelite dishes plastered all over it, which dated the image, and therfore took away its appeal, but I take your point. Thanks.

Taken in Italy 2008 though It could have been years ago. What do you

I love your basement door. wonderful colour and texture. I must say that the two screw heads spoil the rustic look a little, you could photshop them out very easily, this would improve the image. But I do like the way you have framed the image. It works well with the subject and the colours. Well done. Regards

Personaly I'm not sure about the colour, but the image, made me feel as though I was looking over a cliff when I first saw it. It has great impact. Thanks for sharing it.
