Sure! It makes you happy and reminds you of a place you have visited.

I would trim it up to make the crone more the subject. Eliminate that bit of trim at the top - or get it all the way across - watch those parallel lines!

Shadow on the wall is irritating - throw it out of focus or pull her away from it. Try a little blur to soften things up. Some tone would add atmosphere. Foxy lady.

Too much forground - try a square format. Also a little blur is flattering for the sitter.

Whatever did you do to make it look like a watercolor? Where did the photograph disappear?

Over saturated.

Was this taken with a 35mm camera and "shifted" in PS or some other editor? Or did you set up a tripod (blurred figure right of center).

Having said that, I still got a kick out of it.
