A nice update to the classic boudoir style, especially with the woman having chest surgery and a denuded vulva. I'm sure her partner was very happy with the image! -
A simple white board to left of subject would habe brought in some needed latitude in the lower zones. You seem to desire detail in the high zones, so why not in the lower zones. Also, the hand is "blocking", yet it's listed in the Nudes category; this is conflicting. -

With the digital alteration evident in this photo, this photo is more of a metaphor than a landscape. Would be of value in a magazine layout or a postcard. Nice composition. -
This photo reminds me of those in "The Family of Man," the 1950s book by Life Magazine. It is very moving and well composed.
