great picture, great idea to put a macro lens on a wide angle lens. Curious to see pictures taken from the dog looking towards the camera...
-
great viewpoint, I really enjoy this style of pictures. it's a shame though that your left eye it (partly) missing but I know how difficult it is to compose a self-portrait perfectly.

having taken a few pictures of Callas myself and having looked at many pictures made by others, this one is amongst the very best! great work.

eolo. been a fan of your work since your NECRON days. It's a great inspiration for me.

great idea but the result has a few minor problems. The top of the toe is cut off, maybe only on the print and the neg is fine (or did you say it was taken by a digital camera?). The little spots from the sun could possibly be overcome by using a sun shade. They would have make for a 'happy look' were they a little larger. Little sparkles in the picture....

the picture is good but I have to agree with what Ed said. When this is not possible, as you suggested, I would crop this picture into two pictures, one of each window.
Have the top window on the top left or right of a yellow field.
have the bottom window on the bottom right (also crop a little off of the right hand side yellow).
I took similar in Stockholm, a few years back. The saturated colours are just great!

more pictures like these can be found on my homepage: www.3106.net/photo. have fun! mischa

this picture was taken in Greece. Many old farmhouses around where we were staying, slowly falling apart.
The printed picture is a lot sharper than this version on photo.net. Let me know what you think about composition and what you think could have been inmproved.

have to agree with the previous poster. The person should either be next to the 'sculpture' or left out altogether.
-
excellent portrait. The cropping makes it a lot more interesting that a standard centered portrait.
One minor pick though, catchlights in the eyes would be nice but I know how difficult that can be to accomplish sometimes, also knowing the place you took this picture at.

I really enjoy all pictures of this tower you have uploaded here. Great eye for possibilities. Every pictures confines a different feeling. great work!

This actually reminds me of the style of photos in one of weekly news magazines in Austria, Profil. The play a lot with in and out of focus shots.
This picture is excellent as it is, the hands in focus, the tilt.
However, his face also seems to be very interesting, maybe another picture with face in focus/hands oof next to it would be very interesting as well. More like a series.

This was one of the cats living at the house we were staying at.
It's pretty difficult to try to take an original photo of a cat, let me know if I succeeded.
More (cat) pictures on my homepage: www.3106.net.thanks!

cute picture. I really like the colours here, all grey tones and then suddenly the deep blue sky.
it would have been excellent when the cat looked into the lens but I know how hard it is to have a cat do what you need it to do :o)
