Great idea, Vitor. And nicely executed. FWIW, would've liked just a bit more room between the tree and the girl, and maybe more space in the frame overall -- but that's just quibbling. Really, really like it.

Not sure this works. I chose to tone it because the bright color of
the original overwhelmed the plaintive expression on the shadow --
which I think is what's mildly interesting about it. Also, the image
is a little soft, so anything to deflect notice of that :). (FYI: the
shot is of an installation in a church in Berlin; visitors were
invited to glue stained glass onto the paint-by-numbers plexiglass
panel set about five feet from the wall behind.) Any thoughts?

This is really just a perfect shot, Alexander. I just visited Berlin -- a wonderful city, by the way -- and tried to get a memorable train station shot. This one blows them all away.

Saw these guys along the river (in Chicago) taking photos and asked if
I could take their picture. They fell into this pose like it was
second nature and I have since wondered if they're in a band or
something. They were just too practiced at being in front of a
camera. Great guys, btw.

Definitely an arresting image, with great perspective and depth. Seen small, it looks like some clawed monster waiting in its lair; makes me want to take a quick peek and run like hell.
