I like a lot of things about this picture - the light; the colors; the interplay between the waves, sculpture and clouds. But there's not a clear focus to the composition - is it the pier or the sculler? I think the sculler in the shell distracts, since it's a more angular form and dissonates with the waves/sculpture/clouds shapes.
