  1. I would recommend using a "Walking Stick"... I have seen them for sale with camera connections but it might be

classified as a monopod if you buy one of those. So I would go to your local Outdoor Shop and see what they have.

Maybe they won't give you a hard time.

  2. Jodie... It looks like you have no recourse at all, unless you want to hire an attorney in Hungry and fight it. More than likely they will be forced to take it down and you will be out the money you paid to the attorney. International laws are crazy, it can even come down to the server level, if the server is hosted in a country that does not abide certain copyright laws, it's almost impossible to prosecute or make them take the images down. I am so sorry to see this happen to you because I can see the joy and passion you place into your work. Good luck and keep your chin up, at least they gave you credit.
  3. Jeff, a local photographer claims he makes between $150.00 to $400.00 per month in profit using this service: www.exposuremanager.com. But keep in mind, he goes to the events and shots the pictures, then tells potiental clients to go to this site to buy the prints. Once they look at there picture they might buy other work because they like it, I really think that?s the idea...Just like every business in the world, it's how you market it. Please keep in mind, I haven't seen his P&L reports, but I know he is an honest person and a good photographer. Hope it helps, John
