I like it a lot. I don't think the black border works. It is so black that it makes the actual photo look flat, lacking blacks. I'd remove that border and also look at the histogram to see if contrast should be added. Excellent lighting and texture. Might also make a great black&white.

I chose this photo, because it feels like I've captured the moment,
rather than setting up a posed shot. Thanks for visiting my portfolio.
Take a look around...

Nice soft light and interesting expression. Perfect contrast with a full range of tones.

Yes- it is definitely hot in here and all three of us are enjoying the mood... The green adds a lot.

Great sky and lighting. For greater depth and interest, it would've been nice to get in close by a foreground guitar/figure, while capturing the same background. Guitar neck between two figures is awkward. No center of interest. A bit cluttered. I would've positioned myself just beyond the black egg, to have the row of guitars on my right (great for depth) and the bridge to the left.

Maurizio, I like the unusual angle. The blue light from above adds an extra dimension. Beautiful face!

Jerry, he has transformed the figure into a collection of simple shapes and smooth textures. Excellent composition!
