It's beautiful and very much like a painting. Did you do your work on photoshop? And if so, how did you get the edges like that? Great work!

I like the different shapes and the overall presentation. I definately wanted to keep looking at it to see all the inner workings of the photo! Nice job!

Tony, sorry it took so long to get back (new to the website). As requested about the manipulation. The original photo was taken next to her sliding glass door with lots of backyard 'stuff' and A LOT of doggy drool and paw prints on the window. I decided to clone out the nasties and make it completely white. I edited out her door handle and her double chin. The chin took about 3 hours total. I softened her up and put a diffuse glow on her. Hope that helps.
Thank you all for the critiques. Ryan

Dan...I just checked out your fantastic photos. Your critique is quite the compliment. Thanks so much. This was my first shoot! Ryan

Taken in Edmonton, Wa. I love photographing children. They are
very natural and pure. Taken with a Coolpix 3200. Sepia tone
addition was the only manipulation.

This was my first photo session. I used a very simple Coolpix 3200
camera with natural light. It is, however, highly manipulated with
Adobe (8 hours, but worth it). Critique away. Thanks-Ryan

You have a superb ability to stop time, but also keep it in motion. Beautiful work!
