I just purchased a new SONY DSC H2 Cyber-Shot camera and I would like to know
how to take pictures of my city at night with the tail lights of cars on the
street blurred into a long stream of red for tail lights and white or yellow for
headlights. I think I know it has something to do with the shutter speed
priority or aperture priority, but i dont know what and it is frusterating me.
when I turn the dial to shutter speed priority and then change the amount of
time the picture is taken for does this apply to every dial setting (manual
exposure, auto exposure etc) or just to that dial setting? any help will be
