  1. I am terrified of these types of creatures, but I must say that you managed to give (or at least capture) a very cute and innocent personality with this one! If you make ME smile at a rodent, then I say you have accomplished something huge! Great job!

Thanks for the suggestions, Jeff and Ken. I added the edited image below.

I tried my best to remove the tree from the background. Since I am not very good with cloning (really couldn't figure out how to remove the tree with the cloning method), I used the healing brush. I'm worried the job I did doesn't look very nice. I desaturated the image at 45% and cropped so that the model's head was more in the upper right corner than before. Also, I did try my first attempt at vignetting. What do you think?

This photo is in it's original form. If you think it needs some work,

please be honest as to what you think I should do to enhance the

    photo. I appreciate your help!

I was really drawn to this shot when I saw it in your portfolio. I can't believe I've never thought of setting one up like this for an engagement shoot. You are an inspiration! Great job!

Just read an old post of yours regarding lightening and portrait "greatness." I really like this picture. I think it's fresh and appealing to the eye. Good job!

I like it. The angle is interesting and the clean background draws the eyes straight to the expression emitted by the eyes and forehead. Nicely done.

The girl is beautiful in this shot, although there is something slightly distracting going on in the background, to the left of the girl. I can't make out what it is. Great vibe with the subject, though!

This photo really catches the eye. Great composition. I really like how the face takes up most of the portrait. The white hood encasing the wrinkled, weathered skin makes the man look all the more interesting. Great job!
