  1. Marillion's frontman Steve Hogarth during one of the band's Christmas

    shows last December.

Although I'm happy with the angle I got on this one, I'd like to know

    what you think of it.

Thanks in advance for your feedback!

    Regards, Carla

  2. Marillion's bass player Pete Trewavas.

I'd like to know your opinion on this photo, so thanks in advance for

    your feedback.

    Regards, Carla

PS - Feel free to take a look at some of my other concert photos if

    you'd like.

    Motion

Can you feel the energy with which Steve Hogarth sings and moves

while on stage? What I find funny in this photo is that parts of it

are steady and focussed (most of the shirt front, for instance) while

others are in motion (his face and his right arm). I think it's an

interesting contrast. What do *you* think?

Thanks in advance for your comments and ratings. Feel free to take a

look at some of my other concert photos if you'd like. It's always

    wonderful to have feedback.

Marillion's bass player Pete Trewavas, during their latest Christmas

tour. I like the fact that half this picture is hidden in deep

shadows and the contrast they create with the strong blue tones that

seem to highlight his hair and his T-shirt.

But what do *you* think about it? I'm looking forward to having your

thoughts on this photo, so thanks in advance for your feedback.

    The look - I

Marillion's vocalist Steve Hogarth during the Snow-where Else tour

last December. Even though part of his face can't be seen, I have to

admit I really like the expression we can see. There's a kind of

spark in him that I'm really glad I captured.

I'd like to know your opinion on this photo, so thanks in advance for

your comments and ratings! Feel free to take a look at some of my

other photos if you'd like. I'm always delighted to have feedback.

He stood right next to him for some time, trying to get his

attention, but the other man was completely absorbed in his playing

and wouldn't notice him, no matter what. The audience joined Steve in

his smile. Because they, too, know why Steve plays with his eyes shut.

  3. What do you think of this photo? Thanks for your comments and ratings.

Mark Kelly keeps an eye on Steve Hogarth while he sings "Neverland".

    "Wendy

    Darling

    Will you fly

    Again

    Take to the sky

    Again

    Will you be

    Yourself for me

    Cause I can take it

    I can stand

    Anything

    When you're with me

    But when you're gone

    I never land

    In Neverland

    Any fool can see"

  4. Marillion's frontman Steve Hogarth in his "Invisible Man" persona,

during the Snow-where Else tour last December.

I'd like to have your comments and ratings on this photo, so thanks

    in advance.

PS - Feel free to take a look at the other "concert portraits" in my

portfolio, if you'd like (same folder).

  5. Most of the time, Steve plays with his eyes shut. Most of the time,

he amazes us. Maybe that's why many Marillion fans refer to him

    as "God". :-)

Thanks for your comments and ratings on this photo. I'm experimenting

a bit and I'd like to have some feedback on the results.

  6. Marillion's bass player Pete Trewavas during the Snow-where Else tour

last December. This is the first time I'm able to give Pete some of

the attention he so deserves. He is, however, difficult to photograph

as he keeps jumping and moving around on stage.

I'd like to know what you think of this photo, so thanks in advance

for your comments and ratings! Feel free to take a look at the other

Marillion photos in my portfolio if you'd like.

Thanks for your comments, Miguel. I hadn't thought of this as being erotic in the slightest but now that you've mentioned it I can see where you're coming from. I see your portfolio hasn't stopped growing (in every sense), so let me wish you happy shootings!

  7. Thanks, Mark! For the past few months I've been dedicating most of my "photo time" to my Marillion folder here on Photo.Net and it's always very rewarding to have such nice comments.

    Thank you!

Another great photo, Janusz! Wonderful colours and texture. I was wondering if you have considered cropping a bit of the right-hand side so that the sunlit "road" didn't show.

Anyway, it's a beautiful image. Congratulations!

It's been a while since I last published anything nature-related but

I thought it'd be a nice change from the concert pictures.

So, what do you think of this photo? I'd like to have your comments

and ratings, so thanks in advance!
