i would like this image better if the car was totally sharp but i know that's easier said than done in practice. the only other thing is that the colors could be brighter.
-
the image is too big to be appreciated on photo.net without scrolling.
-
i like this image however i feel like there should be a bit more light on her face.
-
i like the tonality of this image and how the hair sort of helps provide some natural framing.
-
i love the tonality of this image but find the slippers in the foreground a bit distracting.

this image is a tad too much in in the realm of digital manipulation for me. the over-coloring digital manipulation actually detracts from the image which in my opinion, it should never do. digital manipulations should never call attention to itself, in fact, if done well, it should go un-noticed.

i disagree with the above comment that the reflection is distraction. i quite like it. it gives it a bit of an erie quality.
also, you can immediately tell that this image is not 35mm or digital. the resolution and sharpness of medium format film is top notch and sure makes a difference!
the only thing that might make the image better in my opinion would be to use a much slower shutter speed so that the water looks totally smooth a la Michael Kenna. I know this would be difficult to do in the daylight but perhaps a Neutral Density filter or slower than 400 ISO film would help that.

i like the image itself, but the double framing has got to go. it actually detracts from the overall image.

but i wish there was more food in the foreground plate. it seems that the eye is drawn to the place of abundance in the frame and in this image, it would be the red pot in the middle left. it should be the foreground plate.

yet you rated one of my photos the lowest rating without providing any comments of your own.

ie. the black vs. white space. i wish there was slightly less hair in her face though.

really nice and natural portrait. i would prefer it without the reflection added. her expression does not look like she is look at herself, but rather out into the distance. the photo becomes less pure the more digital manipulation you do.

i like the image in concept but the digital artifacts in the midground buildings really ruin it for me.

so many fashion/portraits are cropped too wide. this one is nice and close and it's keen.
-
i don't like how the city is blurry and it also looks fake. it may not be, but it looks so.
-
this would be a better image if the boat was much closer to the camera.
-
it seems that your subject is the dramatic sky. for this reason, you don't need the cutoff trees and building at the bottom of the frame.
-
i think this could probably be cropped tighter. perhaps lose some of the bottom and right of the frame.
-
this is interesting mood-wise, but i'd prefer to see it from the other side-i'd like to see their faces, and it could be cropped tighter.
