I just wanted to let you know that the reason for my rating is that this while image is not technically bad, there does not seem to be a clear focus of the image. Without the caption, I (and it's very possible it's just me) would not have gotten what you were going for. With the spectators in the background in focus, it is unclear about what the story of this shot is, or who the shot is really about.

Just my opinion and after checking out the rest of your portfolio, you have some really nice work, I just don't think this is one of your best.

Technically, i think this is a fantastic image. The lighting and intensity in the eyes are fabulous. To me, the placement of the hand just doesn't quite fit. Just my opinion and again, I love the lighting, makeup/hair and overall impact of the image.

Personally, I think the soft focus/blur, flat lighting, and horizontal composition hurt the image. I think the background could make for some interesting shots with the same subject and would like to see any others you have fromt the shoot. I hope there is no offense taken, but I wanted to explain the rating I gave.

The image overall is very captivating and striking. Personally, I think a softer expression would have served the image better...but that's just my opinion. That said, your post work, composition and jewelry make this a very intriguing photo.
