Nice exposure. The net makes it very interesting. It makes you feel like you are there.

I took this one after a thunderstorm passed over earlier this
evening. Let me know what you think, Thanks.

Very nice picture. I agree that the snow is a little bright and got washed out. Perhaps, if you desire, you can darken just the snow in photoshop. All around a superb exposure.

The white blur distracts and annoys me, but I think it is a very good composition. If retaken, and the colors are boosted, this could be an A+.

Great capture. Perhaps the inside of the wave would look better if it wasn't cast in so much shadow. I love the water exploding skyward. It looks like there is some strange pixilation or something just below the white, where it borders the shadow on the wave. Perhaps you need a smaller brush to paint on your effects and zoom into the picture more when doing this. Admittedly more time consuming, but worth the results. All around nice capture.

I understand many wildlife photographers do not like to edit their images and if this is the case, know that this image is still very good. The image attached is regarding my previous comment. I adjusted the curves and applied it using a gradient overlay to darken the highlights in the water, without darkening the upper right of the image. If you like the effect, I will be happy to give you specific details upon request, if you are not familiar with what I am talking about. I did this really quickly, and it can probably be done a bit better, for a less obvious transition between the curves layer, and the untouched part of the image.
Ps. I only know how to apply this effect using photoshop, so I am not sure if it is possible using any other software

I agree with the comment above. Very nice exposure none-the-less

Interesting choice with the edit layer. I don't think it adds anything to the photo. I feel an increase in the depth of field so that both wings were more in focus would help. (else, they could just be blurry b/c they are moving, I am not sure) Nice capture all in all.

I disagree with you. Not original, maybe, but I'd rate asthetics high. A capture like this is not easy. I would be proud of this one. There is more detail on the surface of the moon, in this image, than most people would give credit for. Great texture.

Perhaps, but very nice capture none-the-less.

Ha Ha, very perceptive. When you look at it that way maybe the whole image fits together. Perhaps a rename? Jk ;)

I think this definately depends on the effect you were going for, but does not necessarily make the image better or worse. If you are not going for surreal, I would definately take Michael's suggestion to heart. Best Regards.

I like the original because of its soft complexity. You really lose a lot with the high contrast. It is too bad the publisher can't use that one, but I'm sure you know how it is. Again, great exposure.

Composition is very good. I like the colors, except I feel the image is a bit saturated in the bottom left corner. Perhaps you could use a gradient in photoshop across the image to fix this.

I love the composition and the color. In one respect I agree that I dont like the bushes/tree tops in the background, but on the other hand, the image may be boring without them. I didn't even notice them to be honest, until I read the comment. Nice work overall, I think windows might take this one up as a new default background ;).
