hmm... very interesting idea, but I think to make the whole image better and to show the rest of the heart maybe by adding another torch on the other side with the flames crossing in the middle of the heart might work. By doing this I think the whole heart will become red hot, and maybe if your lucky the 2 crossing flames with create what looks to be a heart. Sorry if that wasnt clear enough

This is great, I love it. I like the lighting so much, just the edge of his face lit is very original and I think most photographers in this posistion would of gone with 3/4 light on the face or something like that. Also this lighting wouldnt be as effective if the edge of the eye wasnt visible. All around classy picture -
Very nice, but I do agree that the lighting on them is a little to harsh. You loose detail in the brides dress on her right side, but other than that I think this is a really nice shot

I like very much. I think the point of the picture could be Interpreted in many different ways. The first thing I thought of was that it was very Jesus like, and the water could be symbolic for washing away our sins. All in all pretty cool image and I think you broke the center subject rule very nicely
