Do you mean getting a Diana? Its nice you can take the lens off and stuff bad its just a bad toy camera I am sure you ll hqve more fun with a proper midformat Like a mamyia c220 or even an old clack if u must will provide u with more control sharpness and fun

The contrast .. timing.. light.. subject.. love it!

Love it.. The colours jump off my screen but in a nice way :) So great there is just this branch with the bird and nothing disturbing.. makes it a clean shot with nice dof

Wel spotted :) Probably a place most people just walk by without noticing it but when you make a photo like this one you capture the form and feeling of it very well

Comments +/- very welcome. (Photo was made by using a lens of a Diana

F in front of a normal dSLR I had to make it much darker as there was

a lot of light leaking in :) )

I do think it is a bit too dark on my screen. I am sure there is much more detail in this photo
I do like the subtle light but I think with a little bit of adjusting you can get much more out of this. It IS a great photo nevertheless. Do you use photoshop or some post process software?

Thank you .. ;) I don t do macro often.. but its a nice way of photography.. I just don t have the proper material for it yet.. This is done with a kit lens and a ring to make the distance larger between lens and sensor. Not optimal of course... and small DOF..

But I was suprised with this result ;)

My first idea was, Great style.. I love this style. What I find very good is also the DOF because if there was more sharp, it might get too much. I like also a minimalist approach. Maybe thats an option for you too, to look for even less.. but thats not a critque, just thinking out loud ;)

Thanks a lot. tero I know what you mean, personaly I am fine with it, but I see what you mean. Ja.. sometimes you have an idea and then get stuck with it and keep trying and then don`t see things so clearly anymore.. Thats why there are three versions.. strangely enough, looking at the reatings and reactions, people enjoy the black/white version, while I prefer the color ones now,, I think I know why the B/W is more attractive
