Well, I found this wasp nice enough to pose for me for free... :)

It seemed it was quite happy to be the subject of the shots, moving

around on the leaf beeing quite always in focus...

May be it's still out there in my garden waiting your critiques :D

I really love this composition, wasp colors and details. IMHO, just to much light in the right part (on wasp's face) and the white background a bit distracting.

But these are only my tastes, don't be afraid of.

Hi Vladimir, I really envy your equipment and i really envy the way you use it, which is really more important.

Composition, details, DOF, blurred background... all elements looks under strict control end perfectly balanced. What else can I say?

Great job.

Really nice idea, good details and composition.

However, it seems there's to much light (may be flash?) and the whyte background

looks a bit distracting. It could be interesting, IMHO, to play in PS with levels and curves to improve contrast and colors, in particular yellow.

Well, these are my tastes, but the shot works great this way too!

Molto interessante la composizione, mi piace molto anche la definizione dei bordi.

Al tuo posto, ma 蠳olo gusto personale, avrei preferito colori un filo pi� saturi, anche per far risaltare meglio l'insetto. Ma sono solo gusti personali.

Really beautyfull colors, perfect focus an a perfect balance of DOF.

Wish to reach this technical level soon or later.

idea geniale, ottima realizzazione, ma, forse, avrei fatto maggior attenzione a sfondo e contorno. Il gioco di riflessi sulla goccia d'acqua 蠴anto spettacolare quanto "traditore", si vedono una luce e il cielo, distraendo un po' e facendo perdere slancio alla composizione.

In ogni caso mi piace molto.

Hi Giuseppe,

great shot, nice detail and composition. Looks just a bit dark in the focused area

while there's a light spot in the back. May be that, if it's a studio shot, you could point a light on the drop. Reflections could be very nice.

Just managing these images without control on diaphragm.

As in the caption, there's no control on DOF because of the EF lens

mounted on the bellow. The final result doesn't look so bad.
