Congratulations, Clayton.  Very nice colour graduations and great composition.  Well deserved win.  I hope you will give us a report on your prize, with sample pics of course.

This Pine Grosbeak flew into our livingroom window and fell onto the

deck chair. Our Corgy & I went outside to investigate and Nikita gave

the bird a thorough sniff-check, sat down and plunked her chin on the

edge of the chair while the Pine Grosbeak fearlessly stared her in the

eye.

Please critique. This is the first time I have tried to take close-up

hand-held photos of birds.
