You do excellent B&W work!

I love the tones and abstraction here. I feel it could use a little more nose room on the left. My eyes are trapped by the falling water.

Nice composition and lighting, but way too much smoothing in post.

The pose and tones are all nice in this photo. For my taste there is too much work on her face. It looks unnatural. In addition I think the hair is to sharp, and the whites of her shirt are too "glowy".I did a lot of this kind of work when I was learning to use photoshop. It's really tempting to go overboard with the effects, but if you tone it down a little your photos will look better.
I was watching a documentary on fashion retouching. They do a TON of work on the photos (many days worth per photo), but they leave little details (moles, lip hair, etc) to give people cues that the photos are "natural".

I really like the way the DOF and composition lead my eye from one tree to another all the way back. This is a tricky shot due to the busyness of the Alder stand, but you execute it well. Nice work!
The only detractor is the shed to the left that took me a few minutes to notice. I think though it actually makes the image less perfect and more interesting.

A cool photo. I think it would be more believable if the front arms cast some shadows on the back arms.

Really gorgeous textures, tones and composition!

Banks of Toronto at Sunrise III

I really enjoy your use of white space in the sky. It creates a fractured feeling composition. The darkness of the banks and they way the perspective is used makes me think the banks are dangerous, or could collapse on me. I'm not sure if that was your intention, but it seems pretty clear in the photo.
The tree feels a little distracting, but also adds a sense of fragility under the shadow of these colossal structures.
