1.
OP said: "Is there any way for me to know whether FF will make a difference for me, without just buying one and shooting it?"
Usually people who ask these questions don't need a full frame camera...why? because if they needed one they would know the reasons and the benefits of getting one. So maybe FF is not your best chance and you be better off with something less pricey, thus having the opportunity to get good glass which will make THE difference. Cheers!

 2.
As other suggested as well...Nikon D7200! Just a few notes from the DPreview, the juicy part of the review:
"The D7200's image quality is excellent, both in JPEG and Raw. Even against the Samsung NX1's technologically more advanced BSI-CMOS design, the Nikon's Raw performance is extremely impressive, with the sensor contributing impressively little in terms of read noise. In fact it's pretty safe to say this is the best performance we've yet seen from an APS-C camera. If your primary interest is stills then this one of the first cameras you should be considering, in this class. Both high ISO noise, and low ISO dynamic range, performance are currently unmatched by any competitor."

 3.
Hello dear Nikon friends, how's your week so far? Keep your beautiful shots coming. Last Sunday we went for a ride to lake Vouliagmeni in Loutraki. The weather was excellent and I took some pictures, Cheers!

00dHAk-556643584.jpg.fae8e33ebbb63cec6155c0783eff1b11.jpg

 4.
The only shortcoming of the D300/D300s as far as image quality is concerned is the high iso shots when handheld. It still produces high quality images, especially when shooting RAW, and has the build quality that most of the newer models would envy.

 5.
Hi Nikon folks! Very nice shots this week as well...mine is from the Kalogria Beach in Patras.
The famous Kalogria Beach is located approximately 45 km west of Patras. This is one of the largest and most beautiful beaches in Greece. It’s main feature is the “endless” sand, and the magnificent view of the forest Strofilia which extends 20,000 acres along the beach.
Have a nice day!

00dDHy-556022684.jpg.a2b84984b2f51865e153d2ae90513ceb.jpg

 6.
Very recently my wife and I visited a traditional Greek Tsipouradiko. Tsipouradiko is a restaurant (usually of small size) that serves tiny bottles of tsipouro (the Greek grappa) with tiny plates of meze (the Greek tapas). Each bottle gives you 2 to 2,5 shot glasses and each plate gives you about 5 to 7 bites. Every time you place your order for a round of tsipouro, the waiter will bring you a bottle per person and a plate of meze for every two bottles. One can order additional mezedes (that’s the plural of meze). All you need is an appetite and "good stomach" if you intend to have several rounds of tsipouro :)
We really liked the decoration, and since it was early and not many people were there I took some shots. Thought I would share them with you! Cheers!

00d8RA-555037284.jpg.8eb332a08d6a7a0532eb1c4963ca6293.jpg
