Thank You for taking your time to view/critique my photo.

These two battled for some time before the younger man went down. Both
were so out of breath at the end that they could hardly leave the
water. I personally like this photo, but let me know what you think
and how I can improve my photography skills.

I uploaded this photo after cropping out the fence. Thanks again Mark for that suggestion............... Eric...Thank you for taking the time to look at this photo. I am pleased that you like it.

Isa et Seb .H...Very nice lighting and detail. I do not like the coloring at the base of the column on both petals. For me it distracts from the fine detailed coloring in the distal veins. But that is the way GOD made it, and not the fault of your photography. Thank You for sharing your photo with us.

Christian...I love the timing of the wings. The photo speaks "Determination" to me. I wish you could have used a lower ISO, but I understand the need for speed with these shots. Thank You for sharing this one with us.

Jason... Thank You for taking time to look at my photo. I'm glad that you liked it. I hope you're not a Spartan's Fan, UofM just won the Big Ten Tourament on the 13th. Loved your "Mackinaw Island Car Wash" by the way.

Grace is a senior at U of M. I believe that she did get a hit off the
upcoming pitch.

Simon...This little fellow could be a recarnation of someone I once knew. If so Please give them a warm place to stay, feed them well, treat them kindly, and Please-Please keep them There. Nice photo.

Bleeding Hearts were one of my Mother's favorite flower. Your presentation reminds me of the gentle beauty that was placed on this earth. Thank You for sharing your photo on This Day with us.

CT. Very nice photo, as are the others in your portfolio...May I ask, what lens did you use for this shot???
-
Paula...With the grass removed I think that it would make one "feel" closer to your subject. Did you try removing all the grass and half the sand to bring the subject to the forefront??? I am fairly new at this, and am feeling my own way through subject placement. Regardless, I like your photo as is.

Casey...I do not know or understand most of the technical aspects of this art yet, so my opinion may have a true value of two cents. I will say that the aperture setting blurring both the fore and background makes this shot for me. Thank You for sharing it with us.

Thank you for taking the time to look at my photo. I have entered the Technical Details now, sorry that I forgot to do that. Thank you for the reminder. Hope your girls do well in sports and can someday make it to this level. I will warn you though, that it is hard on the parent(s) if they do. I had a son that played collage football and my fingers never saw clippers for four years.

Thank you for your suggestion Mark. I am here to learn and become better at this art, so I will try the crop and see how it looks.

Thank You for your kind words. I was not expecting comments this soon or at this time of night. I forgot that it is always daytime somewhere in the world....Tina, Thank You for visiting my Portfolio I hope that you found something there to your liking... Phillip, how did you take your "Holding It" photo??? If the details are lengthy please email me the answer, I truly would like to know.
