Thank You!

The few weeks of on and off rain brought an interesting subject. In
fact, the rain was a fine mist when I took this shot. Any comments
are welcomed.

Good execution of dof. I don't know if this would be a good subject for black and white. Not enough whites or black tones. The background has the edge on my attention because it is brighter than the subject itself. BTW..you have very beautiful color pictures. I love those clouds!

Beautiful day for a stroll at the beach. It was strange that there
were not many more people out...the birds, however, were plentiful.

Wecome back to the art of photography! A heroic beginning to be sure.
That said, the focus is off. Not sure if this is digital or film, but I have had problems with scanning otherwise sharp images on film with disgusting disappointment. The main subject is the bird, but I sense you wanted to show it's placement in the environment. If so, I would suggest moving and trying different angles to find it's best impact. Regards! :)

Very impressive and moving. Wonderful job! Many of us critique based on techniques used or not used. However, much should be said and taken into consideration how a image moves us.

Situated on California's West Coast it overlooks the Pacific Ocean
and across from the Channel Islands. Sadly, it quickly is being
surrounded by developement of expensive homes. Yet, it continues to
be a beacon which solicits the various songs and tones of fog horns
of ships that sail by in the night. This area has always been my
escape from all the stresses of my life through many years. As
steady and strong against the crashes of the ocean waves, so is my
loyalty and respect to an old friend.

Very beautiful. The grassy knoll undulates as in an oceanscape.

Most images of the Grand Canyon is usually seen in a horizontal
orientation. However, I felt this merit a vertical. Appreciate any
comments.

I'm afraid not, Edward. I would love to travel there, though. This was taken in California, US. Temecula is located north of San Diego. I do appreciate you taking the time to look..Thanks!
Joaquim...thanks so much for your generous comment. Trying to see what I can do for illustration purposes using photo images of my own.

Siddhun,
This is my favorite. You captured a elegant shadow behind the top petal which only adds to the beauty of this picture. Great Job!
Also, thank you for your comment on my flower photo...it is very much appreciated.
