Thanks for all the great comments.
For the few of you asked, No I did not stage the leaves. That's how they were when I got there. I though it looked perfect the way it was so I didn't add anything.
Thanks,

The photo looks really cool, but the moon just doesn't look right since its being placed on top of the clouds. If you could make it less visible so it looks like its behind the clouds it might help.
Good job on the original image tho. The clouds look awesome.

Hey Larry thanks for the feedback. This is actually at Pacific city a bit south of Canon beach. It does look a lot like haystack tho.

Thanks for the great compliments and feedback.
Art: Thanks for the input. And i guess everyone is going to have there own perspective, and vision. I feel the same way as Roger, I think if you take out the windmill this shot would fall apart a bit. You got all these tulips in the foreground with varying lengths and depth. Then you have the sky, and i think what the windmill does is break up the sky, and adds a middle ground which in turn gives the overall image more depth. But thank you for your analysis of my image.

This is not an hdr. I'm trying a different version of this shot using
some feedback from another photo. Let me know what you think.

Thanks for all the great compliments and feedback.
Roger, I will have to try adding a little more contrast with the flowers, thanks for the suggestion.

Got lucky qik such a dramatic sky. This is not an HDR. 1 exposure.

I prefer the black and white version better. The sky just pops in the b&w image. The rain also stands out more. And I like one of the 2 versions with the darkened edges. It helps focus on the subject.
One thing I did notice is there seems to be a water spot just above the peak of the roof and to the right.
Other than that, you have an outstanding image.

I went to the Bandon petting zoo a few weeks ago, just as kind of a
stop to kill time. I don’t usually even photograph at zoos. I got here
and a saw this Lion, and it had to be the saddest Lion I have ever
seen. There are just some animals that can't be happy caged, and this
is one of them. For one thing this is Oregon, our climate is a little
bit different than Africa. It was just sad the way the Lion traced
around his caged, and kept repeating the same routine over and over
again. Now I'm not trying to hate on the petting zoo. They seemed to
take great care of the animals, all of there habitats were very clean
and neat. And I don’t know how they got the animal if it was a rescue
or what. But my point is that you could just see the sadness in this
Lions eyes, and I know that this is probably one of the better captive
habitats for animals. So you can only imagine the less fortunate ones.
So this is why I named the photo A King Without a Crown. Because this
Lion will never be "King" because he will never know freedom.

Yes I am familiar with the golden mean. If you notice i have a few other spiral shots in my portfolio. I have one called PHI, and a few others also. I agree there is something aesthetically pleasing with the golden mean! Thanks for the comments!
