As I scanned all the Fall Foliage shots this one jumped out to me immediately. I love the simplicity of the shot. The leaf, alone out of it's natural element sitting lightly on the glass, is beautiful.

I love everything about this photo...the lighting, the dog's expression and especially the fact that you were down on the floor capturing an authentic canine perspective. By doing so you now have one wonderful photo of a very adorable dog. Congrats.

Truly excellent photo. Cudos.

Thanks you all for your kind comments. Thomas cannot stand to be left inside the fence. I hesitate to replace the old gate since he would have no space for his nose.

Sometimes when you focus on the things less photographed you end up with a better shot. This is one of the times. Isn't fur amazing? Love this photo. Nice capture. :-)

I love the tight crop, the intensity of the subject and the subtle colors. All come together for a wonderful portrait. Congratulations!

I am generally very partial to all things 'blue'. In this case my first thought is that I wish there was more light. As the sun rises does it reflect off the water or shine directly on the house? For me that would make for a more pleasing & dramatic capture.

In tight and personal. Wonderful shot !! No distracting background and such affecting smiles.

Took me a second to realize what angle I was seeing in this photo. Very clever & original. I makes for a interesting result. And confirms the lesson I once was taught , that the shadows are often the most important element in a photo.

I use to own a Malamute so this shot really appeals to me a lot. The tilt does make me title my head as well, but does not concern me at all. The over sharpening gives it a sort of stylized appearance. I think it is a great shot. Thanks for sharing.

Love the stones, the shapes, the color, the view leading off into the distance. Great shot.

Love this photo for it's simplicity & lighting. The composition of the outstretched arms and the flying child are terrific. Of course the child's expression is priceless. Super capture. Congrats.
