Hi,

Light is too flat on the subject. Face appears larger, especially one cheeck that has no shadow. Crop is too tight, both above and below, IMHO. A lot of straight hair, should be retouched out. Skin tone below should be retouched, it has now areas of more red color.

I am not sure the better variant becaure scarf is quite short, but when I read your comment I thought I should have photographed different compositions.

There is a lot of channels in Amsterdam, here is one of them.

Streets are crowded with bicycles but not a single person walks at

so late hour. You are welcome to post a remark.

It is pretty okay, just needs a bit more contrast, just a little more deepened shadows for hair and to play with midtones and highlights.

Nice posing, good composition. Light direction flattenes the image, but for this photo this does not spoil it. I like it

You can try another poing of view, so we can see more clear the monument. If you have variants, it could be better to compare them. IMHO, this picture can look better in BW
