I just went back and realized it wasn't on Gallery/ Top Photos but on Gallery/Critique Forum/Browse. Link: http://www.photo.net/bboard/pc-thumbs.
Thank you Patricia, That makes more sense of it!

On Gallery/Top Photos pages, under each thumbnail there is
information such as:
Photographer's Name
Posted: 2006-03-26
Events
Rating= 9.17, K=12
My question is: This is obviously not the #/7 rating system...how is
this number computed and what is the "K=12"?
Thanks,
Curt

You have gained another subscriber...thanks.

I found no previous discussion with respect to being able to scroll
through comments and critiques while keeping the subject photo either
in view or relatively close.
As a new subscriber I have enjoyed the comments and critiques
almost as much as the photographs themselves...however, I found
myself scrolling back and forth between comments and photo.
I use a dual monitor setup so I now open photo.net POW up in a
second window on the second monitor to view the image while reading
comments on the first monitor. Maybe a bit awkward but no more so
than constant scrolling up and down.
It seems the comments could be placed in their own scroll box.
Thank you.
By the way...I have seen more beautiful photos on this site in the
last week than all of the many years of photo magazine subscriptions
put together.
