In my view, you have got plenty of equipment for the job, with a possible exception of a church, where flash may not be permitted.
But you seem to have a plan for it.
I would plan to have enough flash memory for a thousand exposures, if not two thousand.
I shot a wedding with SB-800, and let me tell, I need at least 3 sets of batteries; alkalines are fine. I use flash extensively even outdoors to soften shadows.
If I were in your shoes, I would be much worried about my skills than equipment. You have got 17-300 mm covered, a great strobe, a good camera. I would not worry (except the church, again).
I would suggest 2 things:
1. Get yourself a book about wedding photography. If you are in the US, there should be plenty of them in a bookstore, not to mention libraries. It should cover formal portraits. Manage expectations of your friends, so that they do not expect you what you can't deliver.

This may be worth reading: http://johnlind.tripod.com/wedding/
2. Read something on formal portraits and try if you have not yet.

Despite looking so old, the guide is great!
I wish you all the best handling it.
