    I have seen several shots of the same image that exceed this one in many respects. Great memory for the photographer, but I do not understand the level that this photo has achieved in the critique forum. Can anyone explain this to me?

    Hi Melissa,

    Thanks for your comment on my photo. I wanted to check out your gallery and, being a sucker for trees found several shots of trees, etc. that are great. I particularly like the mood of this one. Thanks again. Oh yeah, and I love the red doors photo. OK. So the lower rail can come out. That's what photoshop is for. Keep it up.
