sure does screw with the scale Jack. I expect to see bath tub toy soldiers on deck & or godzilla approaching. Nicely played.
-
sure caught my attention Jean
a death tapestry... with an open story.
. Is that a cityscape across the river in the distance?
very bold piece Ma'am. -
Mr C. this song has always been one of my sappier visual favorites.
and with the rear view in mind.girl with no eyes
It's A Beautiful Day
There's a girl in my room and her face on the wall with no eyes.
There's a girl in my room and her face on the wall with no eyes.
Girl with no eyes,
who can she be?
Girl with no eyes,
she's looking at me.
There's a girl in my room and her face on the wall with no eyes.
If I make a sound she'll know that I'm stirring inside.
If I make a sound she'll know that I'm trying to hide.
Girl with no eyes,
who can she be?
Girl with no eyes,
she's looking at me.
Beautiful girl,
who does she see?
Beautiful girl,
she seems to be staring.
Doesn't eveybody know, everybody know,
love takes a lifetime.
And doesn't everbody know, everbody know,
love is the eye sight,
it's the eye sight of a lifetime.
She's just a reflection of all of the time that's gone by.
She's just a reflection of all of the time I've been high.
Girl with no eyes,
who can she be?
Girl with no eyes,
she's looking at me.
Beautiful girl,
who does she see?
Beautiful girl,
she seems to be staring.
Doesn't eveybody know, everybody know,
love takes a lifetime.
And doesn't everbody know, everbody know,
love is the eye sight,
it's the eye sight of a lifetime. -

pure fun Carlos. what a casual old timer with his back to us. makes me wonder what he looked like a moment later. a large print would hold me for a long time.
-
Beautifully thought provoking moment and capture and presentation Carlos.
It doesn't surprise me that Jacks words also capture me. I find the framing and scene makes me ponder 'the setting'. I like the question your image and Blakes words ask of me Carlos. and Your processing is no small part of it.

Hi Steve, Jack, Bulent.
The magic of photography in skilled hands.. Steve you make it look effortless.
-
portrait in 3, a favorite approach for me. By gut or by masterplan this one works verywell Bulent.
-
Wolfgang, you have managed to engage my senses with this sparse photo. You made it all so tangible. I can smell the grass even feel it under my feet as the smack of the ball drifts away and is replaced by the whoosh of the running feet. Spontaneous with a touch of formality.
-
your title has me singing the entire song. What a great photo to retake in 50 years, if you can manage it.... maybe 40 8-) Brothers, friends whatever the relationship they seem timeless. even an ageless manner.

Hi Linda. I am enjoying your 'leaf choreography' series very much. The influence of the choreographer(s)
- water, wind, resistance etc. is very strong. You've done well focusing my attention as viewer on the forces at work. memorable. -
chalk this one up to an ethereal success Jack. done, sign it... hang it send it over to InOneEye gallery.
-
Jose, thanks for the multilayered timeless moment.
-
Hey Drew. what a hidden gem! I just happened by and was browsing some of your work I hadn't seen.
Hope all is well.

nice Linda. emotional. check out 'solitude of ravens' Fukase.
Idea? Pick a section blow it up large and see what you think... or not.
I too like the color hint.
-
very strong work Bjorn.
-
bold. acoustic. the design makes it easy to spot any imperfections, variations,
-
I can't decide if it is cold or warm, that gives it continuous easy life.

Hi Gordon. I have been thoroughly enjoying your frederick sommer.ish photos (coconuts, stone&bones.....). You have an uncanny touch for the surreal. Before I return to lurking in the shadows. I wanted to let you know how deeply I can feel 'something' from the luminosity (uniquely yours)- real and imagined, in this photo.
What a beautiful print this would make.
