This is a really lovely shot. I don't think the missing hand ruins it at all, because I like how her arms, body and face frame the whole photo and give it a strong composition. If you'd gotten the hand in it would have changed the sense of that frame. Lovely exposure, and sense of light in the picture; and lovely sense of natural involvement and enjoyment in the girl.

This is beautiful. I love how the different heights of the nun and the parts of the building contrast and look in the photo. And I love the colour.

You've really captured the character. The space created by the fence being in the direct foreground, and the detail of the sky, as well as this being in black and white have helped do that.
