    This is a shot of Elizibeth point lighthouse in southern maine. I'd be interested in any

    comments, but especially composition comments. This is a crop with a little bit of room on

    every size, I placed the lighthouse slightly to the right to show more of the (non traditional)

    lighthouse keepers house.

    I love the long shutter speed to "mist up" the water. As a mist lover that's what draws my eye in the scene, and to me, I start there and go down off the picture. My guess is your intent was to have the eye follow the water thru the scene, probably that's what most people will do :) Great saturation as well.

    This is what I think to be a nice photo of a dog in front of a Christmas tree. The large

    catchlight is from an Alien Bees 400 with umbrella, and the smaller one is from my camera

    mounted speedlight used for some illumination, but mainly to trigger the AB. I'm interested

    to hear your opinions!
