Hallo Karl,
leider ist die Gegend ja aktuell wirklich "out of reach"... das Bild ist sehr gut, zeigt es doch das von der harten Arbeit zerfurchte Gesicht, die Ziegel mit den Kindern, die auch schon arbeiten müssen und die Brennerei im Hintergrund - da passt echt alles!

I would have left more space to the left and less to the right... so that the middle of the yello huts is in the 2/3...

Yes I was playing arround with NIK Silver Efex....
The Original Image consists of two shots - one longer exposure with camera movement, to get the trees blury and a correct one for the path... then combined manually in Photoshop... rest was NIK

but I would try a more diagonal Approach, where the trunk leads out on the bottom right...
