Distracting on a few points:
"Rule of Thirds" needs to be followed.
Too centered, requires "looking room".
Background too busy and sticking out of the subjects head.
Subject & lighting good, but image requires "simplification"...

Even a full frontal view - This would certainly reveal more of his true Anti-Semitic nature...
