I have two ttl prisms. One has PENTAX empossed on the front, later model with spring loaded switch. Other is older with ASAHI PENTAX on the front and it has a switch that stays in the on or off position. Hope this helps. Jim
165mm LS shutter synchronization question

The 90 is designed to fire on your command by any of the lens switches.
The 165 only fires with the camera shutter switch.
